BioWell, I'm a college student and a bit shy. Don't let that stop you from talking to me, though. I promise I won't bite.
But a little about me. I am, as I said, a college student. I am an anthropologist and a writer. I plan to go into cultural and/or linguistic anthropology. I also hope to publish a novel. I'm currently weaving the foundations for said novel.
I've done a lot of things in my life. I've been an exchange student in Japan, which was awesome. I've done 15 years of ballet, 6 years of pointe, and 2 years of modern. (Keep in mind that I'm 19 and I've been out of the studio for 2 years. I've been dancing practically since I could walk.) I've done science competition teams, speech and debate, and band. I've been involved in music since I was 5. I'm also teaching myself Spanish, Japanese, and Russian because I love languages.
I am also an eclectic Pagan. I'm exploring Shamanism right now. My beliefs are kind of a mix of Shamanism, Wicca, and whatever else seems right.
I am genderqueer and somewhere around a 6 on Kinsey's sexual orientation scale. This I've had some problems with. I will not take crap from people about it, I've had enough of that. I'm very interested in the gay rights movement and can usually tell you pretty much anything you want to know regarding important legisation in my state and the states surrounding mine.
I'm also a therian. A wolf to be precise. If you don't know what that is feel free to ask, but please be respectful.
I do filter posts. For the most part any friends can see any of my posts. There are some, thought, that not everyone on my friends list can see. If I don't think you'll judge me on what I've written and feel comfortable enough to let you see those, then I will. If I'm not, then I won't. That's about all there is to it.
Well now that I've given you all of that, if you have issues with any of it then just walk away. I don't take kindly to attacks, so it's better to walk away. If you're open minded and none of that bothers you, then welcome. I can't wait to meet you.
